Data Privacy Request

Certain states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that afford their residents extensive rights regarding their personal information. While those rights technically apply only to residents of those particular states, Toyota Motor Insurance Services (TMIS) has extended those rights to all of its voluntary protection products customers - regardless of their state of residence. Please note that, if you obtained a voluntary protection product as part of your retail & lease agreement, the personal information collected from you during that transaction is covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and is exempt from these state privacy laws. If you wish to exercise any of your rights regarding your personal information, please complete the Data Privacy Request. In order to protect our customers personal information, you will be asked to provide information necessary for us to reasonably verify your identity and to match our records. We will only use the information you provide to us to process and honor your request.

Please note that submitting a Data Privacy Request to TMIS will not extend to Toyota dealers, private distributors, or Toyota Motor Sales (TMS).If you wish to exercise your rights regarding your personal information with any of those entities, you will need to notify each directly.
